BIOPHTAL allows you to clean the eye and eyelid without irritating. Always practice lightly, without rubbing. Do not use cotton or fabric pads that may deposit irritating fibers in the eye.
Irrigation: To carry dust, pollen grains or foreign bodies deposited on the eye and to quickly rinse an irritating product on the eyeball or eyelids.
To perform irrigation, simply pour the BIOPHTAL solution to the internal corner of the eye by gently pressing the body of the bottle.
Compresses: when the eye is cluttered with dry tears, gently remove these deposits with a BIOPHTAL impregnated compress.
To soften and eliminate secretions forming crusts or pus, apply 2 to 3 times a day on the eye a gauze compress well soaked in BIOPHTAL, holding it if possible for 1 or 2 minutes. After a few minutes, the secretions are softened and easily removed.

VETERINARY EMERGENCY:
If the animal has eye pain, keeps the eye closed or has a decrease in visual acuity, consult your veterinarian quickly.
In the presence of severe and acute inflammation, a veterinarian should also be consulted.
